WE PROVIDE:
All materials and equipment, except for consumables such as bathroom paper towels, rolls and bins liners.
Our own H&S Plan, and Public Liability.
Staff who are Police Vetted, and trained specifically for each job.
TRAVEL:
Travel time to job is included in clean time, except for cleans outside of town – those past Matawhero to the South, Makaraka to the NW and Wainui to the North are chargeable per km.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Regular Residential Cleans – we require at least 4 hours notice.
Non-Regular Residential Cleans – we require at least 24 hours notice.
Commercial cleans – we require 48hours notice (Sunday not included: any cancellation for Monday must be notified by Friday, any cancellation for Tuesday must be notified by Saturday).
A 50% late cancellation fee applies to all bookings not notified with the timeframes above.
CLUTTER/ORNAMENTS:
We don’t clean areas that are overly cluttered, or around/below/behind fragile or precious ornaments/items etc. Please clear such areas or remove fragile items if you wish that area to be cleaned.
WE DON’T:
Clean dishes (unless requested)
Clean Oven (unless requested)
Shake out Rugs or Bedding
Remove Blue Tack/Pins/Nails/Tape from Walls (we are happy to remove one or two, but not a house or room full of them – they need to be removed before our visit.)
VARIABLES:
If on the day of cleaning, the house/office/area to be cleaned is in a poorer state than when quoted, we will need to re-quote and will call you, or we will work on an hourly rate until the quoted amount is reached.
If on the day of cleaning, the house/office/area to be cleaned is in a different state than arranged (eg. House not empty), we may not be able to complete everything on the quote. We will work on an hourly rate until the quoted amount is reached.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
We don’t work on Public Holidays, if a visit falls on a Public Holiday it will be rescheduled to the following day, or to the next available time. If you require a clean on a Public Holiday you will need to contact us for a quote.
PAYMENT:
Is required by bank transfer, upon receipt of invoice.
UNGUARANTEED WORK:
We do not guarantee we are going to get a really good result with cleaning/removing: Mould, Ceilings (especially old fly poop), Walls, Ovens, Rust, Firebricks, areas around Flaking Paint, any unknown stains/odours.
EXPIRY:
This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change.
